• **Job Title: Consultant – Enablement Cost Analysis & MI Reporting**
• **Job Location: Abu Dhabi (UAE)**

• **Generic Accountability**
•  Provide guidance and on the job training for junior colleagues and conduct knowledge sharing to facilitate achievement of team objectives and completion of tasks in a timely and efficient manner  Promote the organisation’s core values and ethics in all activities within the team & wider organization to support the establishment of a value driven culture within the bank.  Participate in the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems, processes and practices considering global standards, productivity improvement and cost reduction.  Prepare sectional statements and reports timely and accurately to meet Business and/or department requirements, policies and quality standards.  Produce reports that would support the cost movements in general and administrative (G&A) expenses; gather data from multiple departments and systems, provide insight & analysis by preparing customized reports  Ensure reports are generated and completed on timely basis  Send monthly enablement cost packs such as but not limited to the following: o Group cost, Head Office and Enablement flash reports o One-time expenditures or cost initiatives o Cost savings driven by various LOBs o Periodic variance cost analysis o Other relevant cost packs  Provide cover for other members of the team when required .
• **Qualification & Experience**
•  Must have Bachelor’s degree.  Desirable: - Chartered Accountant/ Masters in Business Administration (MBA) or any other relevant finance degree or diploma.
• Excellent Data manipulation skills in Advanced Excel.
• Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)  5 years relevant experience in similar function
