About The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full stack applications using modern web technologies
• Build high-quality, production-ready software with strong attention to performance, reliability, and user experience
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and product teams in a fast-moving development environment
• Contribute to backend services, APIs, frontend interfaces, and real-time systems
• Participate in rapid iteration cycles and deliver solutions with speed and quality
• Work with AI-enabled applications, workflows, and modern developer tooling
• Continuously explore and adopt emerging technologies relevant to the business and product roadmap
• Ensure clean architecture, maintainable code standards, and engineering best practices

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience in Full Stack Software Development
• Solid understanding of modern web technologies and scalable application development
• Hands-on experience with:
• React.js
• TypeScript
• Node.js

• REST APIs And WebSockets

• Strong problem-solving and debugging capabilities
• Experience building and shipping production-grade applications
• Comfortable working in high-intensity, fast-paced engineering environments
• Understanding of software architecture, code quality, and performance optimization
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
