About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Gather requirements with business stakeholders and analyze BRDs into solution components.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications, including SRDs; contribute to preparing and validating LLDs.
• Work across APIs, integrations, and architectural components to shape and validate solutions for payment and core banking systems.
• Support solution design, integration, and testing with structured documentation.
• Collaborate with business, architecture, development, and QA teams to drive business–IT alignment.
• Align solutions with strategic objectives and regulatory frameworks; support implementation and maintain solution documentation.

Experience and Qualifications

• At least 5 years of solution analysis or business analysis experience in banking.
• Proven BRD analysis and BRD/SRD documentation and functional specification experience.
• Hands-on exposure to LLD and development environments.
• KSA banking-sector experience is preferred.

Domain and Education

• Strong expertise in payment systems and core banking platforms; understanding of banking portfolios and product structures.
• Awareness of banking regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent field.

Technical and Core Competencies

• Work across APIs, system integrations, and system architecture; support integration and testing.
• Strong requirements gathering and functional analysis, communication, and stakeholder management.
• Fluent English is required; Arabic is preferred.
