About the role

Key responsibilities

• Build responsive SAIL interfaces, sites, portals, and reusable UI component libraries.
• Deliver bilingual Arabic/English interfaces with RTL layouts and translation sets.
• Design record types, relationships, record actions, and record-level security in Data Fabric.
• Unify core banking, CRM, and data warehouse data through synced and non-synced record types.
• Build dashboards and reports for operations, management, and compliance users.
• Tune interface and query performance through local variables, paging, sync strategies, and query efficiency.
• Apply accessibility (WCAG) and bank UX/branding standards.
• Implement customer-data masking and row-level security in line with PDPL.

Requirements

• 10+ years of total experience, including 6+ years of hands-on Appian development.
• Appian Certified Senior Developer certification is mandatory.
• One-month notice period or immediate availability; immediate joiners are preferred.

Must-have skills

• Expertise in SAIL, interface design patterns, and Appian Portals/Sites.
• Strong Data Fabric skills in record types, sync, relationships, custom record fields, and record-level security.
• Data modeling and SQL, including views, indexes, and stored procedures.
• UX awareness and experience working alongside UX/UI designers.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Nice-to-have skills

• Experience with Appian AI features such as AI Skills, document extraction, or AI Copilot.
• Appian component plug-ins using React/JavaScript.
• Figma familiarity.
• Customer-facing portal experience in banking.
