Work with clients across sectors to advise on technology and build products at scale.
Drive architectural design, make technology decisions, and lead project workstreams.
Join the Tech and AI group in Riyadh, Doha, or Dubai, delivering digital capabilities for clients.
Responsibilities
- Use Agile methods to build and deliver next-generation client products.
- Help clients build technical capabilities and foster engineering best practices, user-centricity, and Agile values.
- Co-create solutions with clients and their leadership, while shaping products and tools for clients and internal teams.
- Work with multidisciplinary communities of developers, designers, Agile coaches, strategists, and technology specialists.
- Some travel is expected to work with clients.
Qualifications and Skills
- Undergraduate or master’s degree, or equivalent experience.
- 7 or more years of software development experience; significant full-stack web application development experience is strongly preferred.
- Hands-on application-stack experience with some listed languages, frameworks, databases, cloud platforms, and delivery tools.
- Experience leading Agile teams, coaching, and modeling Agile practices in sprint ceremonies and work definition.
- Experience collaborating across technical and non-technical teams and coaching engineering best practices, including design patterns, customer-centric design, test-driven development, refactoring, code review, and OWASP Top 10 security awareness.
