Role and locations

Client work

• Work with C-suite executives to solve key issues and provide actionable recommendations using technology expertise and business judgment.
• Contribute to client projects, typically on teams of three to five consultants alongside developers, designers, data engineers, agile coaches, experts, and partners.
• Gather and analyze information, formulate and test hypotheses, and develop and communicate recommendations.
• Present recommendations to clients and, at times, present results to client management.
• Implement recommendations with client team members.

Technology consulting scope

• Help enterprises formulate technology-led growth strategies and enable more efficient operations through technology.
• Work across IT modernization and strategy, agile, cloud, cybersecurity, and digital transformation.
• Help clients deliver products, experiences, and businesses, sometimes alongside broader operations, organization, strategy, corporate finance, marketing, and sales work.

Qualifications

• University degree and at least five years of work experience after completing an undergraduate degree.
• Functional knowledge of digital technology, digital business building, IT infrastructure and architecture, IT strategy consulting, software development, cybersecurity, or related areas.
• Strategic and analytical insight, a passion for technology, and demonstrated aptitude for analytics.
• Active participation in the technology community, such as speaking at conferences or blogging.
• Proven leadership in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activities.
• Ability to collaborate with people at all levels of an organization.
• Openness to travel at least 30% of the time.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively in English.
