Senior Software Engineer – Oracle Banking (m/f/d)

Role Overview

Technical Requirements

• Oracle FLEXCUBE Core Banking, Oracle Treasury, and Oracle Limits and Collateral Management.
• PL/SQL development and optimization with Oracle Database 11g, 12c, or 19c.
• Java/J2EE, WebLogic Server, Oracle ADF, Oracle JET, XML, XSD, and XSLT.
• REST and SOAP web services, SWIFT integration, and Oracle SOA Suite middleware integration.
• Batch job scheduling with Control-M or Autosys and CI/CD tools including Jenkins, Git, and Maven.
• Core banking modules covering accounts, loans, payments, and trade finance.
• Risk and interest rate management, exposure and limit monitoring, and collateral utilization.
• Secure coding, role-based access control, Basel III, IFRS, and regulatory compliance awareness.
• Testing, UAT support, Agile/Scrum, functional documentation, and technical documentation.
• Oracle Banking Digital Experience and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure are optional.

Responsibilities

• Support treasury back-office operations including deal capture, settlement, and confirmation.
• Perform real-time limit checks and updates across banking products.
• Apply analytical and debugging skills to banking software delivery.
• Collaborate across functions, mentor colleagues, and participate in code reviews.

Requirements

• Experience with Oracle FLEXCUBE Core Banking, Oracle Treasury, and Oracle Limits and Collateral Management.
• Proficiency in PL/SQL development and optimization.
• Experience with Oracle Database versions 11g, 12c, or 19c.
• Experience with Java or J2EE development.
• Experience administering WebLogic Server and working with Oracle ADF or Oracle JET.
• Knowledge of XML, XSD, XSLT, REST, and SOAP web services.
• Experience integrating banking systems with SWIFT messaging.
• Knowledge of core banking modules including accounts, loans, payments, or trade finance.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git, or Maven and Agile/Scrum development.
• Knowledge of secure coding, role-based access control, and regulatory compliance awareness.
• Oracle Banking Digital Experience or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure experience.
• Strong analytical, debugging, collaboration, mentoring, and code review skills.
