What You Will Be Doing

• Design and Deploy Complete Features: Transform user stories into deployed solutions by clarifying needs, architecting scalable systems, implementing both backend and frontend components, conducting comprehensive testing, and releasing to production
• Diagnose and Resolve Defects: Trace issues to their underlying causes, address root problems rather than surface symptoms, and prevent future regressions through strategic testing
• Elevate Engineering Standards: Assess design proposals and code submissions to ensure they meet standards for clarity, simplicity, and correctness, preventing technical debt accumulation from the outset

• Creating pixel-perfect interfaces or intricate backend architectures as ends in themselves
• Executing specifications mechanically without grasping the underlying user need
• Spending excessive time in meetings debating roadmaps and priorities or coordinating with others
• Merely completing feature tickets; your accountability extends to solving genuine user problems

Senior Software Engineer Key Responsibilities

• Applying AI to create software that addresses authentic user needs, delivers rapidly, and remains maintainable over time

Basic Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years writing production-grade code for both frontend and backend of web applications (framework-agnostic).
• Proven ownership: Track record of taking full responsibility for entire modules, product capabilities, or teams—not just isolated contributions
• Self-sufficient execution: Capability to remove your own blockers, manage your own timeline, and navigate forward through unclear or evolving requirements
• Practical experience integrating generative A.I. into daily software development workflows
