This is made possible through AI-based tutoring, mastery-oriented progression, and a significant redesign of traditional classroom structures.

We now require a leader capable of aligning execution across varied school environments, elevating the standard of academic leadership, and representing a movement rooted in evidence-based learning science to external audiences.

This position is not centered on theoretical exploration.

It is a leadership imperative.

You will be accountable for academic strategy in its applied form, establish explicit performance standards, diagnose breakdowns in execution, and develop high-performing teams to produce tangible results.

You will convert our scientific underpinnings into operational rigor and advocate for this model on a global stage.

Expand and refine 2 Hour Learning's validated academic model by coordinating execution across multiple schools, raising leadership performance standards, and serving as the authoritative public advocate for a movement founded on rigorous scientific principles and demonstrated outcomes.

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position.

The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.

The compensation level for this role is $200 USD/hour, which equates to $400,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year.

The payment period is weekly.
