You will control the complete enrollment engine for GT Anywhere and guide brand strategy across virtual, campus, and summer offerings.

Your objective is clear: transform high-intent demand into 1,000 enrolled families while positioning gt.school as the definitive name in gifted K–8 education.

There is no existing playbook.

You will design the funnel, establish positioning, conduct experimentation, and create a dependable execution system leveraging agencies, freelancers, and tools.

You will work with autonomy and carry direct accountability for outcomes.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Controlling the complete enrollment funnel for GT Anywhere with direct responsibility for enrollments, conversion rates, and CAC
  • Structuring and executing continuous experimentation to discover and remove high-impact conversion obstacles
  • Leveraging GenAI tools and AI-powered workflows to increase marketing analysis speed, creative iteration, funnel diagnostics, and execution velocity
  • Developing the annual marketing strategy across virtual, campus, and summer programs, covering positioning, segments, channel mix, budget allocation, and quantifiable goals
  • Creating a high-velocity execution system that reliably delivers through agencies, freelancers, AI tools, and marketing technology
  • Collaborating closely with enrollment and school teams to convert family feedback into more precise messaging and higher-converting creative

  • Launching awareness-only campaigns without enrollment accountability
  • Serving as a request-taker for ad hoc marketing assignments with uncertain ROI
  • Waiting for slow approvals or navigating large bureaucratic teams to execute
  • Optimizing for vanity metrics unconnected to enrolled families

Head Of Marketing Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage a full-funnel growth engine that transforms existing demand into 1,000 enrolled families while establishing gt.school as the category-defining brand in gifted K–8 education.

Basic Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (BA or equivalent)
  • 10+ years of experience controlling full-funnel marketing strategy and measurable outcomes in startup, technology, or high-growth environments
  • Proven accountability for hard conversion metrics such as enrollments, revenue, CAC, and conversion rates
  • Strong funnel analytics capability with a history of diagnosing issues and prioritizing high-impact improvements
  • Experience establishing brand strategy, positioning, and messaging at a company level
  • Practical GenAI fluency, with concrete examples of using AI tools or AI-enabled workflows to enhance marketing productivity, execution speed, analysis quality, or business outcomes
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage scalable execution systems using agencies, freelancers, AI tools, and marketing technology
  • Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) in a remote role based in the United States

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position.

The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.

The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year.

The payment period is weekly.
