Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, and maintain software to agreed architecture and coding standards.
- Work across development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and production support.
- Develop and maintain REST APIs, web applications, microservices, and containerised applications.
- Collaborate across a multidisciplinary agile team to turn user needs into working software.
- Investigate incidents, resolve root causes, improve reliability, and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
- Review code, share knowledge, support colleagues, and improve engineering practices.
Essential requirements
- Strong experience developing REST APIs and/or web applications using Python and Django, with SQL experience.
- Experience designing, building, and supporting microservices and containerised applications using technologies such as Docker.
