Main responsibilities
- Design, build, test, and maintain software in line with architecture and coding standards.
- Work across development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and production support.
- Translate user needs and designs into software and iterate using evidence and feedback.
- Develop and maintain REST APIs, web applications, microservices, and containerised applications.
- Improve reliability, resolve incidents, build CI/CD pipelines, review code, share knowledge, and improve engineering practices.
Essential experience
- Strong experience developing REST APIs and/or web applications using Python and Django, with experience working with SQL.
- Experience designing, building, and supporting microservices and containerised applications; the source description cuts off before the full qualification list.
