Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Sr.

Site Engineer to join our project team.

The

selected candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, ensuring work is executed according

to approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, and project timelines while maintaining

effective coordination with all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and monitor daily site activities to ensure compliance with project specifications and
  • approved drawings.
  • Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams to ensure smooth
  • project execution.
  • Review technical drawings, method statements, and site-related documentation.
  • Ensure work progress is aligned with project schedules and quality requirements.
  • Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues in a timely manner.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and ensure adherence to safety standards and company
  • procedures.
  • Support project planning, reporting, and progress tracking activities.
  • Prepare site reports and maintain proper project documentation.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 8–12 years of relevant experience in construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of site execution, construction methods, and project coordination.
  • Experience in managing site activities and supervising subcontractors.
  • Good understanding of project schedules, quality standards, and safety regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and engineering software.
  • Valid Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) membership is preferred/required
