Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Sr.
QA/QC Engineer to join our project team.
The
selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing quality assurance and quality control activities,
ensuring all construction works comply with project specifications, approved procedures, and
international quality standards while supporting continuous improvement across project operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and ensure compliance with project quality standards, specifications, and approved
- procedures.
- Conduct and supervise inspections, testing activities, and quality audits on site.
- Review QA/QC documents, method statements, inspection requests, and material submittals.
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and project teams to resolve quality-related issues.
- Monitor corrective and preventive actions to ensure proper closure of quality observations.
- Prepare quality reports and maintain accurate QA/QC records and documentation.
- Support project teams in achieving quality objectives and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure all activities comply with client requirements, company standards, and applicable
- regulations.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 8–12 years of relevant QA/QC experience in construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems, inspection procedures, and construction
- standards.
- Experience in handling QA/QC documentation, audits, and reporting activities.
- Familiarity with international quality standards and project compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related engineering software.
- Valid Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) membership is preferred/required
