The employer is hiring a Site Foreman for construction work.
The foreman will supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure quality execution of construction works.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on site.
- Manage labor teams and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Oversee blockwork, substructure, and superstructure activities.
- Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
- Communicate with engineers, subcontractors, and site workers.
- Monitor materials and tools, and report site progress to management.
Requirements
- Minimum 10–15 years of experience in construction site supervision.
- Strong technical knowledge of block wall work, foundations, and structural frameworks.
- Ability to read and interpret basic construction drawings.
- Skilled in managing labor and site logistics.
- Hindi speaking is required; other language skills are a plus.
- Strong leadership, discipline, and problem-solving skills.
Work location
- Work is in person at the construction site.
