Hands-on field leader who leads installation crews, maintains discipline and quality, resolves problems, and delivers the daily plan.

Installation leadership and execution
- Lead several installation crews and maintain discipline, quality, and accountability.
- Assess crew progress against the plan and identify what is preventing completion.
- Allocate people according to workload and capability.
- Recognize poor workmanship and uphold quality standards.
- Give clear instructions, solve problems quickly, and coach installers who need support.
- Use basic operational systems and KPIs to support daily work.
Experience and technical background
- 4–8 years of relevant professional experience.
- At least 1–3 years leading installation teams or crews.
- Graduate or diploma in engineering and a strong technical background in doors, closets, kitchens, furniture, joinery, fit-out, or similar installation work.
- Managing several crews simultaneously is preferred.
- UAE or GCC installation experience is advantageous.
Leadership profile
- Able to give clear instructions and hold people accountable.
- Can manage varied personalities and capability levels and coach weaker installers.
- Firm, fair, consistent, hands-on, organized, responsible, and solution-oriented.
- Able to work without constant supervision from the Installation Manager.
- Quality-conscious, customer-conscious, team-oriented, and able to maintain urgency.
Pay
- AED 5,000–8,000 per month.
