Responsibilities
- Develop and execute SEO strategies aligned to pipeline and revenue objectives
- Own organic traffic, keyword rankings, search visibility, and organic lead generation
- Conduct technical audits and implement improvements for site architecture, crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, page speed, and mobile performance
- Manage structured data, schema markup, redirects, XML sitemaps, and canonicalization
- Own overall website health and performance; partner with developers to implement enhancements
- Improve user journeys, navigation, engagement, and conversion paths; manage landing page optimization and website experimentation
- Partner with content teams to build SEO driven content strategies; create topic clusters, content briefs, and keyword frameworks
- Optimize MOZN's visibility across AI powered search platforms including ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, and Google AI Overviews
- Track and report on organic traffic, rankings, backlinks, website engagement, MQLs, opportunities, pipeline, and revenue influence
- Develop backlink acquisition strategies; drive thought leadership, PR, guest posting, and digital authority initiatives
Requirements
- 6–8 years of SEO, organic growth, or website optimization experience
- Experience within B2B SaaS, AI, enterprise software, fintech, cybersecurity, or technology sectors
- Strong technical SEO expertise
- Strong understanding of website UX, CRO, and digital analytics
- Experience working with developers, content teams, and demand generation teams
- Experience managing multilingual SEO programs
- Data driven and commercially minded
- Proficient in English and Arabic

- The Senior SEO, Organic Growth & Website Experience Specialist will own MOZN’s organic growth strategy, website performance, technical SEO, content optimization, and AI search visibility.
- Accountable for increasing organic traffic, organic sourced pipeline, website conversion rates, and overall digital presence.
What You'll Do
- SEO & Organic Growth: Develop and execute SEO strategies aligned to pipeline and revenue objectives; own organic traffic, keyword rankings, search visibility, and organic lead generation; build SEO roadmaps; conduct competitor and search opportunity analysis.
- Technical SEO: Conduct technical audits and implement improvements; optimize site architecture, crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, page speed, and mobile performance; manage structured data, schema markup, redirects, XML sitemaps, and canonicalization.
- Website Management & Experience: Own overall website health and performance; partner with developers to implement enhancements; improve user journeys, navigation, engagement, and conversion paths; manage landing page optimization and website experimentation.
- Content & Organic Visibility: Partner with content teams to build SEO driven content strategies; create topic clusters, content briefs, and keyword frameworks; optimize blogs, solution pages, product pages, and resource centers; improve multilingual search performance across English and Arabic conte

- Analytics & Reporting: Track and report on organic traffic, rankings, backlinks, website engagement, MQLs, opportunities, pipeline, and revenue influence; deliver monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations.
- Authority Building: Develop backlink acquisition strategies; drive thought leadership, PR, guest posting, and digital authority initiatives.
Qualifications
- 6–8 years of SEO, organic growth, or website optimization experience.
- Experience within B2B SaaS, AI, enterprise software, fintech, cybersecurity, or technology sectors.
- Strong technical SEO expertise.
- Strong understanding of website UX, CRO, and digital analytics.
- Experience working with developers, content teams, and demand generation teams.
- Experience managing multilingual SEO programs.
- Data driven and commercially minded.
- Understands the connection between SEO, pipeline, and revenue.
