About The Role

  • As a Revenue Operations Analyst, you will be a key member of the Revenue Operations team, focusing on Deal Desk Processes.
  • You will drive operational excellence across the deal lifecycle, partnering with Sales, Legal, Finance, Cybersecurity, and Product teams.

What You'll Do

  • Support the Commercial team on deal structuring, pricing strategy, and contract terms.
  • Draft, update, and manage customer contracts, including order forms, addendums, and renewals.
  • Act as a point of contact for the commercial team for customer requests related to Legal, Finance, and Cybersecurity.
  • Review and approve non standard deal requests while ensuring alignment with internal policies and revenue guidelines.
  • Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Cybersecurity, and Product teams to ensure deal compliance, risk mitigation, and proper revenue treatment.
  • Support Commercial leadership initiatives to streamline quote to cash processes and improve pricing governance.
  • Maintain accurate deal data in CRM systems and generate insights to improve forecasting accuracy and sales efficiency.
  • Develop and optimize deal approval workflows to increase sales velocity.
  • Manage internal approval workflows for discounts, exceptions, or special terms.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or any related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, sales support, or a similar role.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to balance strategic thinking and attention to detail.
  • Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce) as well as contract management tools.
  • Strong understanding of different business models, pricing structures, and revenue recognition principles.
  • Experience working in SaaS or technology companies.
  • Highly organized with great attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and metrics, with the ability to optimize and improve processes.
  • Must be fluent in both written and spoken English and Arabic.
