About the Role
Mozn is seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst to drive operational excellence across the deal lifecycle. You will partner with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Product teams to structure deals, manage contracts, and ensure compliance.

Responsibilities
- Support the Commercial team on deal structuring, pricing strategy, and contract terms
- Draft, update, and manage customer contracts, including order forms, addendums, and renewals
- Act as point of contact for commercial team for customer requests related to Legal, Finance, and Cybersecurity
- Review and approve non standard deal requests ensuring alignment with internal policies and revenue guidelines
- Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Cybersecurity, and Product teams to ensure deal compliance and risk mitigation
- Maintain accurate deal data in CRM systems and generate insights to improve forecasting and sales efficiency
- Develop and optimize deal approval workflows to increase sales velocity
- Manage internal approval workflows for discounts, exceptions, or special terms
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, sales support, or similar role
- Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce) and contract management tools
- Strong understanding of business models, pricing structures, and revenue recognition principles
- Experience working in SaaS or technology companies
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Arabic

About The Role
- As a Revenue Operations Analyst, you will be a key member of the Revenue Operations team, focusing on Deal Desk Processes.
- You will drive operational excellence across the deal lifecycle, partnering with Sales, Legal, Finance, Cybersecurity, and Product teams.
What You'll Do

- Support Commercial leadership initiatives to streamline quote to cash processes and improve pricing governance.
- Maintain accurate deal data in CRM systems and generate insights to improve forecasting accuracy and sales efficiency.
- Develop and optimize deal approval workflows to increase sales velocity.
- Manage internal approval workflows for discounts, exceptions, or special terms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or any related field.
- 2+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, sales support, or a similar role.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to balance strategic thinking and attention to detail.
- Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce) as well as contract management tools.
- Strong understanding of different business models, pricing structures, and revenue recognition principles.
- Experience working in SaaS or technology companies.
- Highly organized with great attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and metrics, with the ability to optimize and improve processes.
- Must be fluent in both written and spoken English and Arabic.
