Position overview

Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions while working with cross-functional teams to improve platform performance and user experience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, and deploy Apex code, triggers, and Lightning Web Components.
  • Design Salesforce solutions using custom objects, workflows, approval processes, and declarative features such as Flows.
  • Gather and refine requirements with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders.
  • Review code, apply best practices, and mentor junior developers.
  • Integrate Salesforce with APIs, middleware, and third-party applications.
  • Maintain and optimize applications, integrations, and workflows for scalability and performance.
  • Apply security, performance, and maintainability practices; use standard Salesforce capabilities where appropriate.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues, and stay current with Salesforce releases and features.
  • Provide comprehensive test coverage and unit testing for quality deployments across environments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
  • Strong expertise in Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and third-party integrations.
  • Experience with Salesforce APIs, data migration, and data management.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, communication, and teamwork.
  • Salesforce Developer Certification is a plus.
