Position overview

Key responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy Apex code, triggers, and Lightning Web Components.
• Design solutions using custom objects, workflows, approval processes, Salesforce Flows, and other declarative features.
• Gather and refine requirements with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders.
• Review code, enforce best practices, and mentor junior developers.
• Integrate Salesforce with APIs, middleware, external systems, and third-party applications.
• Optimize and maintain Salesforce applications, integrations, and workflows for scalability and performance.
• Follow best practices for security, performance, and maintainability; use standard Salesforce capabilities where suitable.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues, monitor platform updates, and improve platform use.
• Provide comprehensive test coverage and unit testing for deployments across environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Strong Apex and Lightning Web Components expertise.
• Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and third-party integrations.
• Experience with Salesforce APIs, data migration, and data management.
• Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, strong communication, and ability to collaborate with a team.
• Salesforce Developer Certification is a plus.
