Role overview

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocation plans; track progress and timely completion.
• Lead cross-functional teams of developers, designers, and testers; mentor junior project managers and team members.

• Implement process improvements and keep up with industry trends, technologies, and methodologies.

Qualifications and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; a Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
• 6–10 years of software project management experience delivering complex development projects.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and their application across project scenarios.
• Experience with project management tools such as JIRA or Microsoft Project and proficiency in project management methodologies.
• Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills; ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is preferred.
• Software-industry experience delivering enterprise or consumer solutions is advantageous.

Location and availability

• Must currently reside in the UAE or hold valid UAE residency or sponsorship that allows work in Dubai.
• Must be available to join within 1–2 weeks after accepting an offer.
