- Mandatory: Must be from Real Estate Developer background, preferably Arabic Speakers, Experience using Salesforce
- Coordinate with the sales team to process and close transactions within agreed timelines.
- Follow up on pending transactions, payments, and required documentation.
- Ensure accurate collection and handover of payments and maintain updated transaction records in CRM.
- Liaise with Sales, Finance, Operations, and customers to resolve payment and transaction-related issues.
- Review sales documents for accuracy and compliance before processing.
- Monitor transaction progress, escalate delays, and prepare sales/transaction reports.
- Support process improvements, maintain compliance with company policies, and assist with audits.
- Provide support for CRM/system enhancements and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and brokers.
- Assist with month-end closing activities and ensure proper documentation and record-keeping.
