- Strong communication skills, especially over-the-phone- ability to communicate clearly & concisely
- Excellent command of the English language- both written & verbal, with additional language/s preferred
- Ability to deal effectively, openly & positively with all types of customers
- Motivated to achieve & over-achieve set targets.
- High level of customer service skills & ability to build rapport easily
