Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Officer – Kitchens to independently manage kitchen sales opportunities and deliver customized kitchen solutions.

The role requires handling more complex customer requirements while consistently achieving sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed consultations to understand customer requirements.
  • Recommend customized kitchen solutions based on functionality and aesthetics.
  • Prepare detailed quotations and proposals.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from consultation to closure.
  • Handle customer objections and negotiations effectively.
  • Build strong relationships with repeat customers and referral networks.
  • Support and guide junior sales staff when required.
  • Coordinate with design, production, and installation teams.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred.

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in kitchen sales, custom joinery sales, or interior solutions sales.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Strong understanding of kitchen design concepts and materials.
  • Ability to manage complex customer requirements.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Proven record of sales target achievement.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
