With more than 20 years of successful business across the Middle East, we have established a strong customer base and delivered prestigious projects throughout the region, including several major deployments in Saudi Arabia.
Our headquarters are based in Denmark, and our Middle East & Africa regional office is located in Dubai Airport Free Zone.
Supporting our customers and regional operations is a highly experienced team of sales professionals, estimation engineers, product marketing specialists, technical support engineers, and administration staff.
As part of our continued investment and expansion in Saudi Arabia, we are looking for an ambitious and experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead our growth journey in the Kingdom.
Key Responsibilities
- Grow and strengthen our network of channel partners, ecosystem partners, and security consultants
- Build, lead, and expand the local Saudi team, including Sales, Presales, and Technical Support resources
- Scale the Fibrenetix business across Saudi Arabia and drive sustainable revenue growth
- Engage directly with customers, consultants, and industry stakeholders
- Represent Fibrenetix at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences
- Build, manage, and report sales pipeline performance to senior management
- Increase conversion rates across existing opportunities by leveraging modern sales methodologies, Salesforce, and AI-driven sales tools
- Develop strategic business plans and execute market expansion initiatives
- Stay ahead of industry trends, particularly the adoption of AI technologies within the security sector
& Experience
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience within the Security industry in the Middle East
- Minimum 5 years of sales management experience with proven leadership capabilities
- Fluent in both Arabic and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated industry track record with verifiable references
- Strong network within the Saudi security ecosystem, including end users, consultants, and partners
- Technical understanding of security infrastructure, server, storage, and datacenter technologies is highly desirable
- Previous experience working for a security technology manufacturer will be considered a strong advantage
- Strong analytical, forecasting, and reporting capabilities
- Comfortable with extensive travel across Saudi Arabia and the wider region
- Team player with an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for building businesses
