Mode is proud to be partnering with a prestigious luxury jewellery maison seeking a Senior Sales Executive to join its boutique team in Dubai.
Renowned for exceptional craftsmanship, timeless elegance, and a heritage of creating extraordinary high jewellery pieces, this internationally recognised maison caters to an elite global clientele.
Combining artistry with rarity, the brand is celebrated for delivering highly personalised experiences to UHNW clients across some of the world’s most prestigious luxury destinations.
This is a rare opportunity to join a highly refined boutique environment, working with exceptional collections while building long-term relationships with an elite local and international client base.
We are seeking an experienced luxury sales professional with a strong background in fine jewellery, high-touch clientelling, and driving exceptional commercial performance.
The Role
- Build, develop and maintain a strong personal client portfolio
- Drive sales across high jewellery and exceptional fine jewellery collections
- Proactively recruit new clients through networking and relationship building
- Deliver a highly personalised, luxury client experience
- Support boutique events, private viewings, and VIP experiences
- Maintain strong CRM practices and long-term client relationships
- Develop in-depth product knowledge to confidently style and maximise sales opportunities
- Collaborate closely with international teams to drive boutique performance
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years’ experience within luxury retail or high/fine jewellery
- Strong understanding of UHNW clientele and elevated luxury service standards
- Proven ability to build and manage a high-value client book
- Experience working within a boutique luxury environment
- Strong knowledge of gemstones and diamonds; gemmology certification is advantageous but not essential
- Fluent in Arabic and English (essential)
- Additional languages highly desirable
- Existing client network preferred
