About the Company
ENPI Group is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead business development and drive commercial growth within our Flexible Packaging and SAL (Shrink & Adhesive Labels) division.
About The Role
The ideal candidate will possess a strong commercial background, an established customer network, and a proven track record of achieving sales growth within industrial manufacturing sectors.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand key customer accounts.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with major customers and decision-makers.
- Lead commercial negotiations and manage the full sales cycle.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure excellent project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and strategic business plans.
- Mentor and support the commercial team when required.
Qualifications
- Saudi Nationals.
- Based in Jeddah or willing to relocate.
- Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in Flexible Packaging and SAL (Shrink & Adhesive Labels).
Required Skills
- Strong experience within one or more of the following industries:
• Oil & Gas
- Personal Care
- Detergents
- Chemicals
- Established network of customers and key decision-makers.
- Excellent commercial, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets and develop strategic customer partnerships.
