Role Overview

The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for driving high-value business growth by securing Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and Total Facilities Management (TFM) deals across the UAE.

This is a high-impact, revenue-driven role with ownership of a minimum AED 4M annual sales target, requiring a seasoned professional who can independently build a strong pipeline, lead complex negotiations, and consistently close deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets (minimum AED 4M annually)
  • Identify, qualify, and secure high-value AMC and TFM contracts across commercial, residential, and corporate sectors
  • Build, manage, and continuously strengthen a robust sales pipeline
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with developers, property managers, consultants, and corporate clients
  • Own and lead the full sales cycle end-to-end — from prospecting to negotiation and deal closure
  • Prepare and deliver compelling commercial proposals aligned with client needs
  • Negotiate contract terms and successfully close deals in line with company objectives
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and client records
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies within the FM industry
  • Collaborate closely with operations teams to ensure seamless contract mobilization and handover

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 5+ years of proven sales experience in Facilities Management (FM) services within the UAE
  • Strong track record in selling AMC / TFM contracts (mandatory)
  • Demonstrated success in achieving revenue targets and closing high-value deals
  • Well-established network within developers, property management firms, and corporate clients
  • Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle with clear revenue ownership
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
  • Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience handling large-scale or corporate FM contracts
  • Strong exposure to Total Facilities Management (TFM) environments
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and structured sales reporting
