About the Role
Ascend Esports is looking for a Senior Sales Manager – EdTech & Esports Partnerships to lead and scale our sales initiatives across the UAE & GCC.
This is a leadership role focused on B2B partnerships, institutional sales, and corporate collaborations, while managing and mentoring a growing sales team.

Sales Leadership & Strategy
- Lead and manage the sales team with clear targets, performance tracking, and revenue ownership
- Develop and execute sales strategies for EdTech programs and esports initiatives
- Analyze lead funnels and improve conversion rates and ROI
- Establish KPIs, forecasting models, and revenue targets
B2B Partnerships & Institutional Sales
- Build relationships with schools, universities, and training institutes across UAE/GCC
- Drive large-scale institutional partnerships and collaborations
- Engage with government entities and education authorities
Corporate Sales & Sponsorships
- Develop corporate partnerships for training programs, events, and activations
- Identify and secure sponsorship opportunities for esports tournaments and youth programs
- Build relationships with brands, technology partners, and media stakeholders
Industry Representation
- Represent Ascend at industry events, conferences, and networking forums
- Strengthen brand positioning within the education, gaming, and technology ecosystem
Revenue Growth & Forecasting
- Drive new revenue streams and strategic initiatives
- Maintain pipeline visibility and provide regular sales forecasts
- Share market insights and growth opportunities with leadership
Qualifications
10–12 years of experience in UAE/GCC markets
Strong background in EdTech, education, training, or corporate partnerships
Proven experience in B2B sales, partnerships, and sponsorship acquisition
Experience
managing sales teams and revenue targets
Strong network within education institutions, corporates, or government entities
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to engage with senior leadership and C-level stakeholders
Preferred
- Arabic speaking (advantage)
• UAE Driving License
- Experience in esports, gaming, or technology sectors
