RAB Metalic is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive for its construction chemicals, waterproofing, and epoxy flooring business.
The role is responsible for new business development, client management, sales targets, and stakeholder relationships.
Location and Work Arrangement
- The position is based in the UAE.
- The work location is in person.
Experience and Education
- A bachelor's degree in any stream is required.
- The role requires 5–7 years of relevant sales experience.
- Experience in waterproofing, construction chemicals, epoxy flooring, or a related field is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop sales strategies to achieve business and revenue targets.
- Identify new customers and business opportunities and manage existing client relationships.
- Promote construction chemicals, waterproofing, and epoxy flooring solutions.
- Visit customers, understand project requirements, and coordinate technical demonstrations and trials.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and follow opportunities through order confirmation.
- Monitor markets and competitors and maintain accurate sales activity records.
Stakeholders
Build relationships with contractors, consultants, applicators, distributors, and other key stakeholders.
Coordinate with technical and application teams on product demonstrations and technical requirements.
