Project Engineer role focused on civil maintenance and waterproofing projects.
Education and experience
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in civil engineering.
- At least four years of experience in civil maintenance projects in the UAE.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute civil maintenance and waterproofing projects.
- Inspect sites and identify defects and water leakage.
- Supervise waterproofing applications and civil repair works.
- Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
- Ensure quality standards and project specification compliance.
- Prepare BOQs, material estimates, and cost calculations.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and facility management teams.
- Ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance.
- Monitor project progress, schedules, and maintenance activities.
- Prepare site reports, inspection records, and handover documentation.
