Job Summary
Hearty Mart Overseas General Trading LLC is looking for an experienced Senior Sales Executive to expand the distribution of our FMCG and food products across the UAE retail market.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing business with supermarkets, hypermarkets, grocery stores, convenience stores, wholesale traders, and retail distributors.
The role requires strong market knowledge, existing retail contacts, and the ability to achieve sales and distribution targets.
Our product portfolio includes snacks, khakhra, chikki, sweets, mukhwas, spices, seasonings, and other FMCG products under our growing brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand retail distribution across the UAE.
- Open new accounts with supermarkets, groceries, hypermarkets, and wholesalers.
- Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
- Build relationships with store owners, category buyers, and purchasing managers.
- Secure product listings and shelf placements.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotions.
- Coordinate merchandising and promotional activities.
- Ensure product visibility and availability in assigned territories.
- Submit daily visit reports and weekly sales updates.
- Support new product launches and market expansion initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of UAE FMCG sales experience.
- Experience selling to supermarkets, grocery stores, hypermarkets, and wholesale markets.
- Existing network within UAE retail trade is highly preferred.
- UAE Driving License (Mandatory).
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Knowledge of UAE retail distribution channels.
