Job Description
- Establish new business and achieve monthly sales targets set mutually
- Provide in-store customer service, establish, develop and maintain positive customer relationships by recommending products based on customer needs and taste.
- Maintain up to date knowledge of the Sophia Home and its products
- Provide satisfactory after-sales customer support
- Maintenance sales records with ensuring the safety of data
- Ensure proper cash handling, daily sales record keeping and reporting to the management
- Work together with team, and keep close coordination delivery, supply chain and management
- Ensure the stock and sale updates on website and other platforms
- Ensure the self-appearance of the team and store hygiene/cleanliness
- Ensure the team follow company guidelines, vision, mission and values
- Additional related duties assigned by management
- Preferred candidates should have a background in **Sales and Designing**.
Qualifications
- At least 5-7 years sales experience
- Bachelor Degree in any related field
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook Express, Internet, e-mail)
- A good team player with positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skill
