Overview

We are now seeking a Sr Sales Executive to drive business growth by identifying and securing new sales opportunities, managing client relationships and promoting the company’s waste management solutions across Abu Dhabi region while achieving sales targets and contributing to the company’s strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities across Abu Dhabi region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, government entities, and key stakeholders.
  • Present and promote our waste management services to potential clients.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in waste management, environmental services, facilities management and related industries.
  • Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi waste management industry.
  • Dynamic personality with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Valid UAE driving license.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field.
  • MBA (advantageous)

Experience

  • Minimum of 4-5 years’ experience in a senior role in sales or business development.
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the UAE is essential.
