Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi for a Senior Sales and Leasing Consultant at VIP Brokerage.
Responsibilities
include managing property sales and leasing activities, preparing and administering lease agreements, conducting property tours for potential clients, and maintaining a strong focus on resident satisfaction and retention.
The candidate will also actively engage clients, address their queries, and build lasting relationships to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Leases, Lease Administration, and property leasing processes
- Demonstrated skills in Resident Retention and fostering positive client relationships
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Motivation to meet sales and leasing targets in a dynamic, high-performing real estate environment
- Prior experience in real estate or property consulting is a strong advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field preferred
- Proficiency in English and additional languages such as Arabic is a plus
