Job Summary Drive the achievement of assigned financial and non-financial sales targets across all products by understanding customer needs and recommending solutions aligned with the bank’s policies and guidelines. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing clear, accurate information and delivering timely, reliable feedback.
Key Accountabilities
- Acquire new business relationships with employers and organizations, and identify associated opportunities.
- Present the bank’s products and services to prospective companies and customers.
- Deliver high-quality service to customers and corporate clients at their doorstep.
- Cross-sell and upsell products such as credit cards, personal loans, vehicle loans, insurance, and other assigned offerings to both new and existing customers.
- Participate in the bank’s customer calling programs.
- Manage relationships with assigned CB@Work and non-CB@Work companies, as well as key contacts, in line with the bank’s guidelines.
- Identify potential companies for inclusion in the “Approved List,” collect required documentation, and prepare necessary files.
- Participate in outdoor sales activities, including micro-marketing events organized by the bank.
- Achieve assigned financial and non-financial targets.
- Conduct thorough due diligence and highlight any risks before recommending applications, requests, or proposals.
- Ensure all tasks are completed in accordance with established SOPs, policies, circulars, management instructions, and internal/external SLAs.
- Provide management with regular feedback on market trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
- Maintain high professional and ethical standards at all times.
- Handle internal and external queries efficiently, ensuring strong working relationships with all business partners and units

Qualifications Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- knowledge of banking products and services.
Experience
- Relevant experience in the banking or financial services industry.
- Hands-on experience with products related to the role is preferred.
