Job Summary Drive the achievement of assigned financial and non-financial sales targets across all products by understanding customer needs and recommending solutions aligned with the bank’s policies and guidelines. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing clear, accurate information and delivering timely, reliable feedback.

Key Accountabilities

  • Acquire new business relationships with employers and organizations, and identify associated opportunities.
  • Present the bank’s products and services to prospective companies and customers.
  • Deliver high-quality service to customers and corporate clients at their doorstep.
  • Cross-sell and upsell products such as credit cards, personal loans, vehicle loans, insurance, and other assigned offerings to both new and existing customers.
  • Participate in the bank’s customer calling programs.
  • Manage relationships with assigned CB@Work and non-CB@Work companies, as well as key contacts, in line with the bank’s guidelines.
  • Identify potential companies for inclusion in the “Approved List,” collect required documentation, and prepare necessary files.
  • Participate in outdoor sales activities, including micro-marketing events organized by the bank.
  • Achieve assigned financial and non-financial targets.
  • Conduct thorough due diligence and highlight any risks before recommending applications, requests, or proposals.
  • Ensure all tasks are completed in accordance with established SOPs, policies, circulars, management instructions, and internal/external SLAs.
  • Provide management with regular feedback on market trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
  • Maintain high professional and ethical standards at all times.
  • Handle internal and external queries efficiently, ensuring strong working relationships with all business partners and units

Qualifications Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • knowledge of banking products and services.

Experience

  • Relevant experience in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Hands-on experience with products related to the role is preferred.
