We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Restaurant Manager with a strong background in luxury dining and nightlife operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership on the floor, with strong expertise in service standards, guest experience, team training & development, operational performance, and overall team support within high-volume environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the overall restaurant and nightlife operations while ensuring exceptional guest experience and service standards.
• Lead, coach, and develop the front-of-house team through continuous training and performance management.
• Maintain strong floor presence during operations and peak service periods
• Work closely with entertainment, reservations, VIP, and operational teams to ensure seamless execution of events and nightlife programming
• Manage high-volume services, DJ-led evenings, and large-scale / concert-style events efficiently.
• Monitor operational performance, guest feedback, and financial returns to drive continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with company standards, health & safety procedures, and operational policies
• Support the management team in achieving revenue targets and maximizing operational efficiency

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience as Restaurant Manager in luxury dining, lifestyle, and nightlife concepts, European or international experience is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of entertainment-driven operations including DJs, live performances, and large-scale events
• Strong operational and commercial awareness with focus on returns and performance
• Hands-on leadership style with excellent floor presence and team engagement
• Experience managing fast-paced, high-volume operations while maintaining premium service standards
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional European languages are an advantage.
