About This Role

Bâoli Dubai is a dynamic restaurant, poolside and nightlife hotspot, combining an elevated culinary experience with an explosive party scene. Bringing you cool elegance from the shores of Cannes and Miami, this seaside spot is vibrant by day and energetic by night located at J1.

We are seeking a top-notch Marketing Manager who will be responsible for driving brand visibility, guest engagement, and commercial performance for Bâoli. This role plays a key part in shaping and executing marketing strategies that increase reservations, footfall, and brand equity across dining and nightlife operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to drive covers, revenue, and brand awareness.
  • Lead digital marketing initiatives across social media, CRM, influencers, and content platforms.
  • Plan and execute campaigns for weekly activations, special events, and brand collaborations
  • Manage influencer, media, and partnership marketing initiatives.
  • Oversee content calendars, photoshoots, and creative production with internal and external teams.
  • Oversees the management of the marketing budget on a day-to-day basis.
  • Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share.
  • Achieves marketing operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.
  • Provide recommendations to operations and their managers for improving the quality of the stores marketing programs while always maintaining a positive relationship with them.
  • Develop and manage relationships with external organizations (e.g., advertising, and public relations agencies, market research firms, etc.) as necessary to assist with the development and implementation of marketing efforts in a cost efficient and results oriented manner toward the achievement of predetermined goals.
  • Monitor performance metrics including engagement, bookings, ROI, and campaign effectiveness
  • Continually assess our marketing techniques and their efficacy in affecting sales
  • Stay up to date on current market trends.
  • Performs other duties pertinent to this job as assigned.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing/Luxury Marketing, or related field
  • Proven experience as Marketing Manager for at least 1 year, within luxury F&B, nightlife, hospitality, or lifestyle brands
  • Strong understanding of event-driven and experiential marketing.
  • Commercial mindset with a focus on bookings, footfall, and revenue impact
  • Excellent knowledge of digital marketing, social media trends, and influencer engagement.
  • Experience working with high-profile brands, creative agencies, or talent is a strong advantage
  • Strong creativity, communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills
  • Excellent English communication skills (additional European languages are an advantage)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required for events
