We are urgently seeking a highly organized and guest-focused
Reservation Agent
to join our team.
Key responsibilities
- Manage restaurant reservations via phone, email, WhatsApp, and SevenRooms
- Ensure accurate guest profiles, booking details, and table allocations.
- Handle guest inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Coordinate closely with the hostesses and restaurant management team to optimize seating and guest flow.
- Maintain high standards of guest service and brand representation at all touchpoints.
- Assist in maximizing covers while ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience in restaurant reservations, hostess, guest relations, or front office within upscale dining, luxury/lifestyle dining venues
- Familiarity with reservation systems such as SevenRooms, OpenTable, or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
