Bringing you cool elegance from the shores of Cannes and Miami, this seaside spot is vibrant by day and energetic by night.
We are currently seeking an experienced Head Waiter with strong VIP service capabilities and a background in luxury dining and high-energy lifestyle concepts.
We are looking for a polished, guest-focused professional who can deliver exceptional service standards, particularly in handling VIP guests, celebrities, and high-profile clientele within a dynamic dining and nightlife environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead by example on the floor and ensure smooth daily service operations
- Deliver exceptional VIP guest experiences with attention to detail and personalized service
- Supervise and guide the waiter team to ensure consistent service standards
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and special requirements in a professional manner
- Coordinate closely with reservations, hosts, and management for VIP table execution
- Ensure strong awareness of service timing, table flow, and guest satisfaction
- Maintain high standards of grooming, presentation, and brand alignment
Requirements
- Proven experience as Head Waiter, Senior Waiter, or VIP Waiter in luxury dining or nightlife concepts; European or international experience will be highly preferred
- Strong experience in handling VIP guests and high-profile clientele
- Background in lifestyle restaurants, beach clubs, or high-energy nightlife venues preferred
- Excellent floor presence, communication, and guest engagement skills
- Strong upselling skills
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional European languages are an advantage
- Ability to perform under pressure in fast-paced, high-volume environments
- Strong understanding of service etiquette in premium and international hospitality settings
