A global consultancy seeks a Senior Resident Engineer for a major sewage treatment plant project in Dubai.
The newly awarded project is mobilizing the contractor to site and requires a candidate able to mobilize promptly.
Responsibilities
- Supervise construction of the major sewage treatment plant.
- Cover all disciplines as the most senior person on site.
Essential requirements
- At least 20 years of experience, mostly on water and wastewater projects.
- Experience as PM or SRE on major STP projects exceeding 250,000 cubic metres per day.
- Experience in the UAE and GCC region.
- Civil or mechanical/electrical degree and ability to cover all disciplines as the most senior person on site.
- Ability to mobilize within 4–6 weeks.
Preferred qualifications
- Degree-qualified candidates are sought; PMP, PMI, MICE, or Chartered status is ideal.
- Prior knowledge of DM projects is beneficial but not essential.
Schedule
- Six days per week.
Work location
- The project is in Dubai and involves construction supervision at site.
