Executive search for a senior construction professional to join a major rail infrastructure programme in the Middle East.
The appointment provides a key construction leadership role on a significant regional rail programme.
Construction leadership
- Lead complex construction programmes involving major civil works, structures, track, and associated rail infrastructure.
- Manage multiple contractors, work packages, and construction interfaces.
- Oversee construction planning and delivery, programme and contractor management, site operations, safety, and quality.
- Manage stakeholders and coordinate multidisciplinary engineering and construction teams.
Candidate requirements
- 20+ years’ experience in major infrastructure construction.
- Significant experience delivering major rail or metro projects and leading construction on large, complex programmes.
- Strong civil infrastructure and structures experience, including managing multiple construction packages and contractors.
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, or a related discipline.
- Middle East experience is highly advantageous.
