About The Role
As a Senior Relationship Manager – Elite Business Banking, you will manage and grow a portfolio of high‑value Business Banking and HNI clients.
Acting as their primary financial advisor, you’ll deliver personalised banking solutions that support their business goals while ensuring an exceptional client experience.
You will play a key part in the growth of the Elite segment by acquiring quality clients, deepening relationships, driving revenue, and ensuring full compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
What You'Ll Be Doing
- Acquiring, onboarding, and managing Elite Business Banking and HNI clients to build a strong, profitable portfolio.
- Providing tailored financial advice and banking solutions based on each client's unique needs and long‑term goals.
- Growing your portfolio through proactive relationship management, exceptional service delivery, and client retention strategies.
- Identifying cross‑sell opportunities and promoting the full suite of RAKBANK business banking products.
- Achieving or exceeding budgeted sales, revenue, and service performance targets.
- Ensuring all client interactions, documentation, and transactions comply with internal policies, Central Bank guidelines, and risk‑management standards.
- Coordinating with service, back‑office, compliance, and product teams to ensure seamless delivery for clients.
- Handling client service requests, resolving SAS and Correspondent Bank queries within agreed turnaround times (TAT).
- Gathering market feedback to help shape improved products and innovative client solutions.
What We'Re Looking For
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Relationship Management, Wealth Management, Business Banking, Operations, or Customer Service — ideally within the HNWI segment.
- Strong ability to manage and grow high‑value business and HNI relationships.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client‑engagement skills.
- Strong analytical abilities, including the ability to understand financial statements, market trends, and economic data.
- Comprehensive knowledge of banking products, business banking solutions, and cross‑sell practices.
- Solid understanding of local and international regulatory requirements, Central Bank guidelines, and risk‑management principles.
