Client Acquisition And Onboarding

  • Identify, market, and onboard new clients within the Elite Business Banking segment and HNIs, ensuring robust portfolio growth.
  • Ensure a seamless onboarding process for new clients, adhering to the bank’s compliance and regulatory guidelines.

Cross-Selling And Product Promotion

  • Work closely with other units to identify and maximize cross-sell opportunities, promoting the entire range of business banking and other products.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of RAKBANK’s products and services to effectively meet client needs and drive business growth.

Financial Performance

  • Meet Financial Targets: Achieve or exceed budgeted sales and service targets, contributing to the overall financial performance of the Elite Business Banking division.
  • Revenue Generation: Focus on generating low-cost transactional money and other revenue streams from the portfolio.

Compliance And Risk Management

  • Ensure all client interactions and transactions comply with the bank’s policies, Central Bank guidelines, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with business banking activities, maintaining a high standard of risk management.

Market Feedback And Innovation

  • Gather and translate market feedback into product development, formulating innovative customer offerings to stay competitive.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.

Portfolio Management

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of Elite Business Banking and HNI clients, providing personalized banking solutions to meet their unique needs.
  • Develop and implement strategies to retain high-value clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty.

Client Service And Support

  • Handle service requirements of all clients under the team, ensuring client expectations are met through effective coordination with service and back-office teams.
  • Resolve SAS and Correspondent Bank queries in a timely manner, adhering to department turnaround times (TAT).

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent for Expats and Higher Degree Diploma or equivalent qualifications for Nationals (MBA preferred).
  • At least 5 years of experience in Branch Banking, Operations, Relationship Management, or Customer Service, preferably in a similar role managing high-net-worth individuals (HNWI).
  • In-depth understanding of the target market and its requirements, enabling effective acquisition and maintenance of quality, profitable relationships.
  • Strong working knowledge of banking products and services, with proven skills in HNWI Relationship Management.
