- 6-month contract, with the potential for extension up to 1 year.
- 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple roles and functions
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define hiring needs and strategies
- Source and attract high-quality candidates using various channels
- Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to enhance hiring effectiveness
- Contribute to talent pipeline development and employer branding initiatives
- 🔹 Requirements:
- 5–10 years of experience in recruitment
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in structured/competency-based interviews
- Familiarity with ATS and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter)
- 🔹 Preferred:
- Experience in government or semi-government entities
- Exposure to workforce planning and talent mapping
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant

📍 Location: Abu Dhabi
🗓 Contract Duration: 6 months (extendable to 12 months)
