What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within real estate or construction (Middle East experience is a plus but not essential).
- A hands on, proactive approach, someone who is willing to roll up their sleeves and get things done.
- Strong business development and relationship-building skills to drive new client partnerships.
- Ability to manage the entire recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to closing offers.
- A results driven mindset with a passion for delivering top talent.
