Senior Recruitment Specialist

About This Role

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Recruiter to join our team on a 6-month contract, with the potential for extension up to 1 year.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple roles and functions

• Partner closely with hiring managers to define hiring needs and strategies

• Source and attract high-quality candidates using various channels

• Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience

• Track and analyze recruitment metrics to enhance hiring effectiveness

• Contribute to talent pipeline development and employer branding initiatives

🔹 Requirements:

• 5–10 years of experience in recruitment

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment

• Experience in structured/competency-based interviews

• Familiarity with ATS and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter)

🔹 Preferred:

• Experience in government or semi-government entities

• Exposure to workforce planning and talent mapping

• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant

📍 Location: Abu Dhabi

🗓 Contract Duration: 6 months (extendable to 12 months)
