Asset Homez is hiring a target-driven Senior Recruiter with a strong background in UAE real estate recruitment.
The recruiter will independently manage the complete recruitment cycle, build talent pipelines, and deliver against monthly hiring targets.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Property Consultants, Team Leaders, Heads of Sales, and other key positions.
- Develop sourcing strategies to attract experienced UAE real estate professionals.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, databases, referrals, networking, and direct headhunting.
- Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews; build pipelines of active and passive candidates.
- Coordinate interviews, offers, negotiations, and joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring reports.
- Build referral networks and industry connections; work with management and hiring managers on manpower requirements.
- Achieve monthly hiring and joining targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of UAE real estate recruitment experience is mandatory.
- Proven track record of hiring real estate sales professionals.
- Strong sourcing and headhunting capabilities; knowledge of LinkedIn, recruitment platforms, and job portals.
- Existing UAE real estate industry network is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and candidate-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and hiring priorities independently; target-driven and performance-focused.
Compensation
- Salary is AED 6,000–8,000 per month plus incentives.
Work location
- Dubai, UAE; work location is in person.
