This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping the talent pipeline for a rapidly growing and diverse waste management company. Roles and Job D the end-to-end full recruitment cycle process for waste management-related roles, from job requisition and sourcing through to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, waste management networking events, and industry-specific platforms.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified waste management professionals to meet current and future hiring needs.
• Utilize creative sourcing strategies such as employee referrals, social recruiting, and networking in the waste management industry.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and manage the interview process.
• Evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit within the company.
• Work closely with hiring managers and leadership teams to understand the strategic direction of the projects and staffing needs.#LI-KS1
• Track and report on recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, candidate quality, and source of hire.
• Use data to continuously improve recruiting processes and candidate experience.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback, clear communication, and a professional recruitment process.
• Collaborate with other members of the HR and Talent Acquisition team to share best practices, improve processes, and align recruitment efforts.
