The Opportunity - 360 Recruiter (Agency Only)
We’re hiring recruiters who can:
✔️ Win and manage their own clients
✔️ Run the full 360 recruitment process (contract only)
✔️ Operate independently with full commercial awareness
✔️ Close deals and deliver consistently under time pressure
This is
not
a resourcer or trainee role.
It’s designed for
proven billers
who want to scale without the burden of building a back office.
